Samsung needs to re-evaluate their customer support and bring it back to the states and upgrade the quality of staff knowledge to include thinking. Harsh, I know, but based on multiple sessions over the past 5 days where the experience has been like reliving the same negative experience time after time.

Worst customer support experience ever for Samsung email problems. Robotic responses and no initiative to escalate problems or research blogs and forums with the same issue, even when I give them the info. Sigh, months later, my phone still has a no service available after the August update. Still waiting for this problem to be solved, as many are, for the s7 through straight talk.

We recently purchased two brand new Note 8s... After two weeks my wife's phone completely died (Sprint examined it and saw no water or drop damage).

Instead of replacing the phone, I was told to send it in for repair which could take up until Christmas to get back.

Can anybody recommend a really good screen protector for the S8? I've tried a couple and they were terrible! Protector that only covered the the flat portion or the screen sensitivity was so diminished that it became difficult to do anything on the screen!

When can we expect a fix to the update that was pushed out to the Gear S3 watches? The latest update mid-October screwed a LOT of people's devices up to the point that they are unusable. When they connect to the phones, a message that reads "Gear S plug-in has stopped" and "Gear S Plug-in keeps stopping". There seems to be an issue with this phone the Galaxy 8+ staying on Wi-Fi. I setup a brand new router last week and the phone shows the Wi-Fi and the 4G icon at the same time. I turned off mobile data to put it solely on Wi-Fi and it is very slow even though it says it's connected at 300Mbps. Is this a known issue?

Only wirelessly since my charging port broke. by the way, I have never had the charging port on a device of mine break before.
