Photo Fear of loneliness just like any other fear is but a ghost
"Fear of loneliness, just like any other fear, is but a ghost. It is the fear of something that doesn’t exist in the present moment, even though we may have actually experienced it in the past. Deep down, we fear to relive the pain of abandonment that we suffered in our past. This pain is recorded in our system and causes this fear. To free ourselves from this fear, we need to first free ourselves from this pain. In this case, we may need to come into contact, yet again, with our abandonment wounds of the past. We may need to find the core of pain and stay present within it. Once we are able to do this, we will see that this fear is just a reaction to the residue of this memory."
